At DogMart, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  2. All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  3. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
